Romanticii (The Romantics) was a romanian band formed in the 60s with different members during the years. Mircea Dragan was the leader of the group. He was lucky enough to meet the “Sah mat” band, later on “Tinara Generatie” (The Young Generation) and to record with them the album “Soare si foc”. This recordings are significantly more pleasant to the ear than the ones before “Tinara Generatie”. Mircea Dragan was also a member of “Mondial“, a famous Romanian band active since 1966.
I knew this song from one of the memorable trip-hop mixes from trip-hop.net, THE website for trip-hop amateurs. It’s lovely and profound in some way. Makes you think. Or not. Just chill.

Juliette and the Licks is an American rock band led by actress Juliette Lewis. She is one of my favorite women artists.
She is talented, energetic, she has a voice to kill and the looks to match it!
Juliette and the Licks released their first EP Like a Bolt of Lightning, in 2004, which was shortly followed by the release of their debut album You’re Speaking My Language.
Their second album Four on the Floor, was released in late 2006. “Hot Kiss” which was one of the Licks’ most successful singles, was the first release off of the album.
