I think maybe because Belgrade (the city host for Eurovison this year) is a town where the disco pop culture is realy developed. Girls with ice-cream tatoo, bags from 80’s, buyed from second-hand shops from Germany, disco music played in the coffe shops or fast-foods… Maybe.
